These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.greenvelvetme.com (the "Site") and any quotation, project, or service booked with Green Velvet Technical Services LLC, trading as Green Velvet Services ("we", "us", "our"), a company operating in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
We provide interior fit-out, retail shopfitting, interior decoration, and handyman & maintenance services (curtain and blind fitting, TV wall mounting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, electrical work, and general repairs) across Dubai and the wider UAE. Specific scope, pricing, materials, and timelines for any project are agreed separately in a written quotation or work order before work begins.
Quotes provided via the Site, WhatsApp, phone, or email are estimates based on the information supplied and are subject to confirmation after a site visit or further assessment where required. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before work commences. Prices are in AED and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment terms (deposits, milestone payments, or full payment on completion) are agreed on a per-project basis. Cancellation or rescheduling of a confirmed site visit or job should be communicated as early as possible; late cancellations for scheduled callouts may be subject to a reasonable callout fee.
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and will remedy any defect in our work reported within a reasonable period after completion, at no additional cost, where the defect is due to faulty workmanship on our part. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or work by third parties after handover.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate site information, reasonable access to the property, and any required permissions (e.g. building management, landlord, or municipality approvals) needed to carry out the agreed work.
To the extent permitted by UAE law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the relevant project or job. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable regulations of the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.
